Currently, the birthday filter and birthday icon are only visible in the consumer-facing order view. Kitchen staff have no way of seeing that a patient has a birthday unless they specifically search for that patient in the order menu — which is not part of their normal workflow.

I would be important to make birthday information visible to kitchen staff directly in the Order Management view and on meal tickets (Essensbons), for example via a highlighted indicator or a dedicated filter. This would allow kitchen teams to proactively acknowledge patient birthdays without relying on a manual search.
