Support alternative prices in "Other" tab for Excel import

Introduce the ability to manage alternative prices added to the 'Other' tab in the Excel file during import.
This is particularly useful for long wine lists, as it allow us to:
- Maintain the standard prices in the Menutech database
- Import menu-specific or section-specific prices (e.g., valid only for that particular menu) into the 'Other' tab during the import process
