Extend Access After Subscription Cancellation
Currently, the service stops immediately after canceling the subscription, which can be counterintuitive for users. Most software services allow users to continue using the service until the end of the billing period they have paid for. Proposed Change: Adjust the cancellation process to allow users access until the end of their billing period after they cancel their subscription.

More than one invoicing address
Right now, there is only 1 email to which invoices are sent. There should be the possibility to send the invoices to multiple email addresses.
