Feature Requests

Ability to automatically generate full menus using AI. The idea is for the system to take dietary requirements, seasonality of ingredients, and other relevant data to create balanced, diverse, and compliant menus without manual input.

Introduce a feature that allows users to manually overwrite the allergen declaration within the "Other" tab. Certain dishes require adjustments based on seasonal availability of ingredients or preparation methods. For example, a summer version of a dish might include fresh herbs, while the winter version may require nuts.

Adding the Romanian language as a menu writing language, including the Romanian currency.

Not just a translation language, but being able to use the entire Menutech software in Portuguese.

Current Functionality: The system currently does not support a specific indicator for wines with no vintage. Requested Enhancement: Introduce a checkbox labeled "NV" (No Vintage) on both the wine list input screen and during Excel import. This would allow users to easily mark wines that do not have a vintage year.

Current Functionality: The system does not currently provide an indication on the last usage of individual menu products. Requested Enhancement: Implement a new report that shows how many days ago each menu product was last used. This would allow users to see the time elapsed since each product was featured in a menu.

Current Functionality: At present, the system allows users to collapse or uncollapse sections and subsections only. Requested Enhancement: The customer has requested the ability to collapse and uncollapse individual items within these sections. Specifically, this would enable wine descriptions to be hidden or revealed upon clicking on a specific wine in the digital wine list.

Menu Duplication: The system should automatically duplicate menus according to a set cycle (e.g., every 6 weeks). Cycle Configuration: Users should be able to configure the length of the cycle for the menu rotation. Activation Timing: Users should be able to set when the automated menu rotation starts, such as 8 weeks before the new cycle begins.

Currently, the grape blend information needs to be added in the description field for wines. We propose introducing a dedicated 'Grape Blend' field to enhance wine list management. This change will allow us to style these fields differently, improving visualization and making wine information more accessible and organized.

In the overview page "My Menus" include a space for "Recently deleted" menus. This should include automated sub-menus too.
